Account deletion information
This page is public and informational only. It does not submit or process account deletion requests directly.
To request deletion of your Logo Star account, open the Logo Star app and use the in-app deletion flow.
- Go to the Account page.
- Scroll to the account management section.
- Tap Delete account.
- Confirm the request inside the app.
How deletion is processed
Your request is processed through the app and its backend account-deletion flow. This page does not expose any form, secret, or direct deletion API call.
What is typically deleted
- profile data linked to your account
- profile image data
- logo submissions and related app records, subject to operational retention limits
- other account-linked app data that is no longer required
What may be retained temporarily or where required
- some display traces may remain until an active league ends, if needed to preserve rankings, moderation integrity, or operational consistency
- certain logs or records may be retained for security, anti-abuse, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or accounting requirements
- a hashed identifier may be retained where reasonably necessary to prevent repeated abuse of trials, subscriptions, or deletion workflows
